Thanksgiving - Medicine Buddha Practice

The Healing Buddha Foundation Presents
A Special Online Retreat with Phakyab Rinpoche
Saturday, November 28th, 2020 - Monday, November 30th

Since sharing a meal with friends and loved ones may not be the safest way to celebrate this year. We invite you to join us for a unique public online event with the practice of Sangye Menla, the Medicine Buddha. From the safe environment of your home, this practice will offer an opportunity to uplift your heart and benefit others.

This retreat is open to everyone

Teachings are in Tibetan, with simultaneous translations into English and Spanish.

During these extraordinary and uncertain times, this therapeutic practice enables us to awaken healing in ourselves, cultivate strong selfless compassion and relieve mental health challenges on a global scale.

The Medicine Buddha practice rebalances the body and the spirit, altering emotional disturbances, purifying negative karma guiding us towards the path of inner and outer healing setting the stage for compassion and altruism.

Whatever your religion or spiritual beliefs, this practice will plant the seeds of love and healing within you.

It is extremely important to understand that the Medicine Buddha practice is by no means a substitute for medicine; however, as it purifies us and develops our inner strength, it helps to strengthen our immune system.

*Please note: No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Contact us.

Thank you in advance for your generosity. Donations help Rinpoche continue his various programs in India and Tibet that support Tibetan monasteries and exiled Tibetan families.
